150 g Margarine
100 g grated cassava
100 g pistachio
100 g sugar
1 egg
1 pinch of sea salt
Préparation
Shell down pistachios, then shred them with a blender. Spare 1 handful of whole pistachios to garnish your biscuits. If ever you’re lazy in a hurry, provide ready-made pistachio powder.
Soften butter. In a large bowl combine margarine and grated cassava. Then, add all ingredients one by one. Mix well using a fork until you get a homogeneous consistency.
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Drop prep by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pan or baking paper. If you prefer, you can also use cookie cutters to give them cute shapes. Then, embed 2 or 3 spared pistachios on each dough piece.
Bake for 15 or 20 min in the preheated oven.
